It all started with a leaky roof and a massive scam.

Our founder bought his first home. During a heavy storm, the roof started leaking into the living room. He called a local roofer who came out, demanded a $5,000 cash deposit to buy materials, and then completely vanished. He never returned the phone calls, and the work was never done.

We quickly realized that homeowners are treated terribly in this industry. Finding a repair team that actually cares about your home—and your wallet—felt absolutely impossible.

We decided to change the rules. We started very small, fixing holes in drywall and painting rooms for our immediate neighbors. We made two unbreakable promises: we will never take money for work we haven't done, and we will never leave a mess in someone's house.

Word spread fast. It turns out, people really just want a builder who respects them. Today, Elegant Home Renovation is a full team of highly trained, background-checked experts. QUESTIONS WE GET.

Do I need to buy the paint or wood?

No. We can buy everything and bring it straight to you. However, if you already bought a specific paint color or light fixture you love, we are happy to just install it for you.

What if you break something while working?

We are extremely careful, but accidents happen. We are fully insured. If we accidentally scratch a floor or break a window, we pay to fix or replace it immediately, no questions asked.

Do you handle the city permits?

Yes. Dealing with the city is annoying. For big jobs like decks or solar panels, we deal with the city inspectors and the paperwork so you don't have to lift a finger.

1. PROJECT SCOPE

All services are carried out based on an agreed scope of work that defines deliverables, materials, timelines, and costs. Any requests beyond this scope will be treated as additional work and may require revised pricing and written approval before execution.

2. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Elegant Home Renovation operates on a structured payment schedule that includes an upfront deposit, milestone-based payments, and a final settlement upon completion. Delayed payments may result in work suspension until accounts are brought current.

3. SCHEDULING & TIMELINES

We provide estimated timelines for every project. While we strive to adhere to these schedules, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier issues, weather conditions, or site-specific challenges. We will communicate any changes promptly.

4. CLIENT COOPERATION

Clients are expected to provide timely approvals, clear instructions, and safe access to the worksite. Delays caused by lack of access, indecision, or restricted entry may affect both project timelines and overall costs.

5. DESIGN & MODIFICATIONS

Any design changes or modifications requested after project commencement must be reviewed and approved. Such changes may impact cost, materials, and completion timelines. Elegant Home Renovation will provide updated details before proceeding with revisions.

6. MATERIALS & SUPPLIES

Unless otherwise agreed, Elegant Home Renovation will procure all required materials. If the client chooses to supply materials, Elegant Home Renovation is not responsible for defects, delays, or compatibility issues associated with those items.

7. WORKMANSHIP

We are committed to delivering professional and high-quality workmanship. Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so they can be assessed and addressed appropriately.

8. SITE CONDITIONS

Elegant Home Renovation is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, concealed damages, or hazardous conditions discovered during the project. Any additional work required due to such conditions will be discussed and approved separately.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Elegant Home Renovation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or outcome of our services.

10. PROJECT COMPLETION

Upon completion, the client is expected to review and approve the work. Any minor adjustments will be addressed promptly. Final payment is due upon project completion and approval.

11. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all completed work, materials purchased, and any costs incurred up to the termination date.

12. POLICY CHANGES

Elegant Home Renovation reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most recent version.
